The National Testing Agency has announced a new date for conducting the NEET-UG examination. The examination held on May 3 and cancelled will now be held on June 21.
The examination for admission to courses in medical sciences were cancelled following reports of leakage of question papers.
An enquiry through the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) was initiated. At least seven people have been arrested by the CBI in this connection from Rajasthan, Gurugram in Haryana and Nashik.
Another retired professor, who was a paper setter for the examination, was arrested on Friday from Latur in Maharashtra.
