Fuel prices in Nagpur witnessed a fresh hike on Saturday, adding to the burden on commuters and transporters. Petrol prices increased by 90 paise per litre, while diesel became costlier by 95 paise per litre.
With the latest revision, petrol in Nagpur is now being sold at ₹108.97 per litre, while diesel has reached ₹95.58 per litre. Till Thursday, petrol was priced at ₹108.07 per litre and diesel at ₹94.63 per litre.
The sudden increase is expected to impact daily commuters, commercial transport operators and overall transportation costs in the city. Residents have expressed concern over the continuous fluctuation in fuel prices amid rising inflation and living expenses.
