Aadhar Housing Finance has received fresh subsidy under credit link subsidy scheme (CLSS) of Rs 175.56 crore from National Housing Bank (NHB).
The amount under CLSS is allocated for 7592 customers falling in the economically weaker section and low income group (LIG), who were eligible under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). The subsidy is being passed to customers’ loan account and will reduce their EMI. As on December 31, 2018, Aadhar has received and passed on government subsidy under CLSS is close to 10,000 families.
Managing Director and CEO of Aadhar Housing and Finance; Deo Shankar Tripathi said, “Aadhar is dedicated to enable house ownership to the LIG and economically weaker sections of the country and PMAY is a great boost to this vision. Our teams create extensive awareness on PMAY through various campaigns at the ground level and provide full assistance to the eligible customers to receive CLDD to support government’s vision of housing for all by 2022”.
