Lady Entrepreneurs’ Wing of Vidarbha Industries Association is organizing a talk on “Life of an Immigrant Entrepreneur with a Focus on Exports and the challenges of International Businessâ€Â on Tuesday, February 12, from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm at VIA Auditorium, Udyog Bhawan, Civil Lines, Nagpur.
Guest speaker from Ireland, Alpa Agrawal, CEO & Founder of Allmin Resources Ireland Limited, who graduated from the renowned Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai and went on to pursue her Masters in Innovation, Commercialisation and Entrepreneurship from the School of Business and Law in University College Cork, Cork, Ireland. Thereafter, she stayed in Ireland to build a Million Euro Business based on Exports.
Alpa will talk about the innumerable challenges that International Business pose and cultural differences in the business environment between India and Ireland and also talk about why Ireland, the Emerald Isle and a small country in the European Union, is an excellent country to expand into. She will break the process of exports into 5 clear and simple steps. She will also show the original list of documents involved in the process and teach you how to make them.

In ‘Word of Wisdom’ presentation on “10 Mistakes a Start up should avoidâ€Â by Baldev Singh Rawat, Founder of Value Kreation. He will guide on how to learn a new definition to avoid failure for start ups. Knowing the mistakes beforehand, if you are planning to do a startup and calculate your risk accordingly. Don’t be afraid of failures. Get organized. Grow with right pace, etc.
