4 SECL officials accorded warm farewell on retirement

Four officials of South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) were accorded warm farewell on their retirement. General Manger (Civil); P K Singh, Chief Manager (Finance); S Mukhopadhyay, Senior Manager; A K Sharma and Office Superintendent; Tapas Chakraborty were given a warm send off at a function held at SECL CMD’s chamber.

SECL Chaiarman and Managing Director; A P Panda chaired the function. Director (Personnel); Dr R S Jha, Director Technical (Operations); Kuldeep Prasad, General Manager (HR & Admin) A K Saxena, General Manager (Welfare); A K Padhi, Chief Manager (HR-Admin/Public relations/Rajbhasha); Narendra Kumar, officials and employees of different departments, women employees and representatives of workers’ unions were prominently present at the function. The retiring officials were felicitated with shawl, shreefal and garlands.

Panda in his speech said, these officials have certainly contributed in the success and progress of SECL. He extended his best wishes for their retired life.

Dr Jha and Kuldeep Prasad said it was the sincerity, dedication and hard work of these officials that led the SECL to scale new heights of success.

The retiring officials praised the work culture and atmosphere at SECL and thanked all the staffers for their co-operation and support.

At the outset Prabhat Kumar read out the contributions of the retiring officials.
