Another chess prodigy of the city Jay Sawalakhe brought laurels to the city by clinching the title in National School U-9 Chess Championship held at Raipur recently.
In nine-round tournament, he remained unbeaten and earned 8.5 points. Nagpur District Chess Association (NDCA) has congratulate Sawalakhe and his parents for his great achievement and wish him a bright future. He is willing to participate in the upcoming Asian School Championship-2019 scheduled in the month of June, 2019 at Uzbekaistan.
