Recently, Laxmi Anubandh Maheshwari Mahila Sangathan has arranged a programme, the grand finale of Mrs.Maheshwari-2019 personality contest at Scientific Hall. This event was meant to provide glimpses of Maheshwari culture and tradition. Selected 20 contestants with their best traditional Maheshwari attires walked on the ramps and audience were enthralled by their performance and had given a big round of applause.
The chief guest for the programme was Lokmant Smachar editor Vikas Mishra. The other dignitaries like Neeta Kale, Sushma Bang, Dr.Ankur Dhoot, and Shubhangini Khedikar were present on this occasion. And Vinit Mohanta, Dr Harsha Jharia, Anita Rao and Shankar Bhusari were the judges for the programme. The event started with lighting of the traditional lamp and welcome of the guests. For the final round, seven contestants were selected. After the final round, Dr Poonam Harkut won the Mrs.Maheswari crown.Dr.Deepali Mandhana was the first runner-up, while Alka Dala became the second runner-up. The winners have received the crown and cash prizes.
Sweta Maheshwari and Shubha Rathi anchored the programme.The organization president Dr.Sunita Navandar, Secretary Rashmi Rathi were present in the occasion.
The programme was organized under the guidance of project director Ekta Bhiya, Asmita Bhangdia and Sweta Tapadia.Dr.Suresh Chari, Prajjwal Bhoyar, Kiran Mahant contributed for the success of the programme.
