Nagpur Residential Hotels Association (NRHA) categorically agree that voting is not only a fundamental right but also a fundamental duty and we all should make maximum possible efforts to ensure maximum possible voting percentage is achieved.
Taking this cause on the agenda, a delegation of NRHA led by its president Tejinder Singh Renu met Ravindra Thakre – Collector Nagpur and handed over letter of support for the cause.
Tejinder Singh Renu said, it is immaterial whether whom the voters should exercise their votes, its their independent choice: but not voting at all is absolutely incorrect. By this letter, the Members of NRHA hereby declare that our members will be offering 10% discount on meals at their respective restaurants from 21st October to 25th October 2019 on published rates to the clients/customers who will be displaying voting mark on their index finger that they have exercised their votes in coming State Assembly elections as scheduled on Monday the 21st of October 2019.
Renu said, NRHA is doing this to promote more percentage of voting incoming State Assembly and NRHA has further requested all members to ensure that all from their family and also their employees exercise their votes without fail. NRHA members are directed that if any employees’ duty timings clashes with voting timings, then such employees will be allowed leave of few hours so that he/she execute their votes for nation-building.
Prominent NRHA members who have agreed to pass on this discount offer are Hotel Centre Point, Hotel Orient Taibah, Hotel Al Zam Zam, Hotel Sukhkarta, Hotel Darshan Towers, Hotel Majestic Manor, Hotel Gokul, Hotel Sun Star, Hotel Arjun, Hotel Amir, Hotel India Sun and others.
Collector Ravindra Thakre appreciated the motivational offer by NRHA and said, such offers will surely incite the voters.
