It has been reported that after failing to repay the debt of the banks Cox and Kings, one of the biggest holiday planners is facing a downfall. The organization has reportedly shut down its booking in the Nagpur branch and it seems that they won’t be in operations for quite long time.
The Nagpur Branch situated at Mhada Vyapar Sankul, Above Bharat Gas Agency, Ravinagar, Amravati Road has closed all their bookings for the Cox and Kings Ltds, and even had stopped all the bookings from the clients.
A source on the condition of anonymity informed that the company has stopped taking any booking of International and National tours from several months at the city branch. Employees who use to work for the company had no choice but to leave the office within three months due the tough situation.
When TLN visited their office, no officials were present to give a statement. The office was dys-functional, and there is no word from the officials on when the remaining salaries will be distributed to the employees.
The headquarter of the company is in Mumbai. And it has offices in Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Hyderabad, Pune, Goa, Nagpur and Jaipur.
