Heavy Rush Brings Traffic to a Halt in Sarafa Bazaar | Nagpur City News

Nowadays markets are witnessing heavy rush due to festival season, and the Sarafa Bazar in Itwari is experiencing the same. The improper arrangement of parking is also creating hurdles in smooth functioning of the traffic. And people are facing difficulty in due to traffic jam. And even walking through the road is also becoming frustrating. And every day, traffic on the Sarafa Bazar road is increasing. Even though the situation is worse, the absence of traffic police personnel is pointing towards the irresponsibility of the traffic department. The businessmen have informed this matter to the department. However, they did not take measures to control the traffic. The autorickshaws are parked in the area in a random manner and automen stand there waiting for the passengers. And the absence of the policemen has aggravated the issue and the food carts, roadside vendors are congesting the roads in this area.

On the other hand, a large scale of encroachment is evident in Sarafa Bazaar. But the anti-encroachment squad of the civic body seldom carries actions against the illegal sheds in this area.
