He said that in comparison to summer the UV rays are strong in winter hence use of sun screen lotion is necessary in winter.
During winter, the diet must include plenty of fresh fruits, dry fruits, green leafy vegetables and coconut water. And should drink plenty of water. He also urged people to not to ignore allergies as in winter the sun rays can cause red rashes on skin on body part and if this happened then proper advice of doctor should be taken.
