TOI to take on Dainik Bhaskar, OCW-SJAN Inter-Press cricket from tomorrow

An inaugural match of 22nd OCW- SJAN Inter-Press Cricket Tournament will be played between defending champion The Times of India and Dainik Bhaskar at Vasant Nagar ground on Wednesday at 9.30 a.m.

State Bank of India (SBI) and HCL Technologies are the co-sponsors of the tournament. At 9 a.m. CEO of OCW Sanjay Roy, director of Vishvaraj Infrastructure Limited Sarang Lakhani, Nagpur centre head of HCL Technologies Shailesh Awale, corporate vice president of HCL Technologies, Delhi Sanjay Gupta and regional manager of SBI, Nagpur Fanish Gupta will grace the inaugural function. A ‘Cric Media’ souvenir will be released on the occasion. Meanwhile dresses to the teams were distributed on Tuesday at SJAN office in the presence of OCW director KMP Singh, noted sports organizer Deven Dasture, Nishikant Kashikar of Zero Mile Marathon, sports organiser and Shiv Chhatrapati awardee Girish Gadge, former Indian cricket team manager Rajan Nair and Rucha Upasani of OCW.

The league matches will be played at Vasant Nagar ground and from February 15 onwards the super six matches, semis and final will be played at Ambedkar College ground.
