To mark the 22nd death anniversary of Kusumtai Sahare, the Nagpur District Chess Association (NDCA) is organizing the Nagpur District Online Blitz Chess tournament here on Sunday, December 13, from 6 pm onwards through the platform of ‘Lichess.org’.
The prizes were sponsored by social worker and corporator Nagesh Sahare. Only the players of Nagpur district are eligible to participate, stated a press release issued by the NDCA.
The total prize money will be Rs 5,000. The entry fee will be Rs 50 per participant. The entries will close on December 12 at 11.30 pm and on Sunday entries will be accepted with a late fee Rs 50 till 3 pm. User-ID of Lichess.org is mandatory for every participant.
