Nagpur: The Nagpur district on Wednesday reported six fresh cases and zero death attributed to novel Coronavirus (Covid-19). In the last 24-hours, a sum of 20 persons recovered from the virus-borne disease.
Out of six cases, five were reported from Nagpur city, and one case was reported from Nagpur rural while no case was reported from outside the district.
With the latest update, the cumulative positive cases reached 4,92,842, and the number of deaths stands at 10,116.
The Covid recovery rate of Nagpur district stood at 97.01%. While active cases stand at 208.
Again a discrepancy was seen in the COVID death figure by District Information Officer and Nagpur Municipal Corporation was seen. As per the figure provided by DIO, Zero death is reported in Nagpur District while NMC reported One death in City on July 28.
