Age is, after all, just a number, as the saying goes. Dr. Sunita Wadhawan of the city, who is 48 years old, participated in the beauty contest ‘Mrs. India One in a Million’ season 2 and won four titles. This beauty pageant gives housewives a chance to show off their skills. A total of 103 participants competed in this year’s pageant.
In the famous contest, Dr. Wadhawan received four titles: Beautiful Smile, Beautiful Skin, Glamorous, and Mrs. Maharashtra 2021. All of these titles, as well as the full credit for them, she attributes to Yoga and her strong family support, both of which she considers to be the crown holders. Dr. Wadhawan is currently pursuing the title of Mrs. World. She has enrolled in the programme for April 2022.
Dr. Sunita Wadhawan is the director of One in a Million 2021 Yogsutra Way Of Life. She has been teaching Yoga classes on a regular basis for the past nine years. She has a doctorate in Yoga with a focus on mental wellness. Wadhawan has a long list of accomplishments to her name. She is a visiting faculty associate professor in the Yoga department of KaviKulguru Kalidas Sanskrit University, where she teaches theoretical and practical yoga.
She received the Surya Putri award from Akhil Bhartiya Rajesh Bharadwaj for performing 1080 Surya Namaskars in one go in January 2021.
Sunita Wadhawan is the best example of women empowerment. The pageant is a gateway to the beauty industry for Dr Sunita Wadhawan. Her dream life is a place where every single child in India should have access to education and food.
