India’s daily COVID-19 tally crosses 2.6 lakh mark on Friday, as the country records 2,64,202 new cases in the last 24 hours.
With the huge jump in daily COVID cases India’s Active Caseload stands at 12,72,073 from previous day 11,17,531.
The Active case stands at 3.48%, while the current recovery rate of country falls down to 95.20% from 95.59% recorded on previous day.
In a day 1,09,345 recoveries have been recorded in the last 24 hours. The total recoveries of country stand at 3,48,24,706. The daily positivity rate increases to 14.78% from 13.11%, weekly positivity rate stands at 11.83% compared to 10.80% yesterday.
Meanwhile, Omicron tally in the country stands at 5,753; an increase of 4.83% since yesterday.
