Fadnavis has alleged that the evidence has been collected through a sting operation. He has 29 different videos as evidence against the MVA Government’s plan to indict 28 BJP leaders, under very serious offences including those included under MCOCA (Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act).

The videos include senior leaders including NCP Chief Sharad Pawar, which speaks about finishing BJP leaders including Fadnavis.
