On Sunday, Jaripatka police searched Headquarter bar and seized a hookah and other goods worth roughly Rs 15,000 from the establishment.
Four people were also arrested under the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act, including the manager who had taken the pub on rent (COTPA).
Shubham Kevalramani, Krushna Patil, Tarun Karamchandani, and Jitendra Madame are the accused. Police received a tip that hookah was being provided at the bar, according to sources.
After that, a team of Jaripatka cops, led by zonal DCP Manish Kalwaniya, stormed the hotel and discovered some people smoking hookah. Cops quickly seized the hookah and arrested the suspect.
