CREDAI NAGPUR METRO ORGANIZED A HALF DAY WORKSHOP ON REVISED UDCPR & ONLINEBUILDING PLAN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

A half day Workshop on Revised UDCPR along with Online Building Plan Management System was organized by CREDAI Nagpur Metro. It was inaugurated by Chief Guest Hon’ble Municipal Commissioner Radhakrishnan B in the presence of auspicious guest Director Town Planning Shri N.R.Shende, Director Town Planning Shri Avinash Patil & Director Town Planning, Chief Planner MIDC Smt. Pratibha Bhadane, also present were dignitaries of CREDAI Nagpur Metro President Shri Vijay Dargan, General Secretary Gaurav Agarwala, Treasurer Rajmohan Sahu, Convener & Jt. Sec. Vijay Joshi, Shri Santdas Chawla, Shri Sunil Duddalwar, Shri Prashant Sarode.

Government of Maharashtra has published Development Control Rules on 03.12.2020, for all municipal
corporations, councils and nagar panchayats in the entire state except Mumbai and some neighbouring areas.

As the people started using the UDCPR, few difficulties and lacunas became evident and to clear these
interpretation difficulties this workshop was organized for the builders, architects, engineers, planning
authorities. Keynote speakers Shri N.R.Shende & Shri Avinash Patil has explained on the subject. Smt.
Pratibha Bhadane has given the presentation on role of planners in MIDC.

Municipal Commissioner Shri Radhakrishna B have made it clear that to make this UDCPR applicable
effectively the Sanctioning Authorities and the stake holders of the industry should work jointly and within the rules framed. Only this will help us to bring the most out of UDCPR. Secretary Shri Gaurav Agarwala as a moderator tried to resolve all the interpretation difficulties which the stake holders are facing in discussion with the Hon’ble Speakers.

It was successfully conducted by CREDAI Members Vijay Joshi as Convener, Co Convener Vishwas Gupta,
Hemal Nadiyana, Ashish Londhe, Chandrashekhar Khune, Ekalawya Wasekar, Abhishek Javery, Pratish
Gujarathi, Vinod Kubde, under the guidance of President Vijay Dargan, Secretary Gaurav Agarwala and
Treasurer Rajmohan Sahu.
