The International Day of Yoga was observed at NTPC Mouda on 21 June 2022. The day has been dedicated to spreading awareness about India’s age-old practice of yoga and helps to strike a balance between mind, body and soul. The theme of this year’s Yoga Day is “Yoga For Humanityâ€.
On this occasion, a one hour yoga session was organised for employees and their family members through a guest faculty. This session consisted of Surya Namaskar and various other yoga asanas which are beneficial for a fit body and mind.
