Many streets were flooded as orange city witnesses water heavy rainfall in parts of the city on Sunday.The IMD’s Regional Meteorological Centre in Maharashtra has issued warning of heavy to very heavy rainfall till July 5.
The city is witnessing heavy rainfall since morning. Many road and Lower areas are filled with rain water. The MeT office said light to moderate showers along with thunderstorm and lightning are very likely at most places in Nagpur.
The district disaster management department asked people residing near rivers and other water bodies to stay alert.
