Vidarbha booked a berth in the final of the under-19 Vinoo Mankad Trophy when they defeated Maharashtra by 48 runs via VJD method in the semifinal in Trivandrum on Friday.
They will face Punjab in the summit clash on Sunday.
Vidarbha were Vinoo Mankad champions in 2018. This will be the 11th occasion (barring Irani Trophy) Vidarbha will be playing the final in BCCI tournaments across all age groups that include Two Ranji Trophy titles.
