The Association for Industrial Development (AID) will hold the “Advantage Vidarbha” Industrial Development Forum from February 7 to 9 at the Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj University campus in Nagpur. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari announced this at a press conference on Friday. The event was also attended by Ramtek MP Shyamkumar Barve, MLA Krishna Khopde, AID President Ashish Kale, and other officials.
The event will be graced by several prominent dignitaries, including Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, Thai Consul-General in Mumbai Donawit Poolsawat, Union Minister of Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal, Industry Minister Uday Samant, Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule, Ashish Shelar, IT Minister of Maharashtra Government, Textiles Minister Sanjay Savkare, Minister of State for Finance Ashish Jaiswal, Minister of State for Home (Rural) and Mines Pankaj Bhoyar, Former Indian Army Chief General Manoj Pandey, and many others.
The industrial exhibition will feature over 300 stalls, with 100 dedicated to micro and small enterprises, showcasing a wide range of products.
The exhibition will also feature stalls from Defence Public Enterprises, the Ministry of Steel and Mines, Airports Authority of India, SEBI, Central Board of Direct Taxes, GST Department, Department of Posts, and the Government e-Marketplace (GEM). Additionally, product categories from various government departments, including educational institutions, machinery, and services, will be on display.
Approximately 170 stalls have already been booked, and businesses are urged to secure their stalls as soon as possible, he added.
