Nagpur: A Mitsubishi Pajero Sports SUV lost control and skidded off the road near Ambazari Garden on Ambazari Bypass Road on Friday evening between 6:00 and 6:15 PM, injuring two pedestrians.
The victims, identified as Kirti Subhash Gole (45) and Gauri Atul Savarkar (47), were walking along the roadside when the speeding vehicle suddenly veered off the turn and hit them. The SUV was being driven by Sadke Razak (20) and Vedant Jadhav (20), both of whom sustained minor injuries to the head and legs.
Emergency responders quickly arrived at the scene, and the injured women were admitted to Viveka Hospital, while the two men were taken to Max Hospital for treatment.
Ambazari police have registered the incident and are investigating further.
