To ensure a more robust, safe, and modern power distribution system, MSEDCL has scheduled essential maintenance and infrastructure upgrade work on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. The work involves laying new power cables, relocating transformers for the proposed flyover project, installing new VCBs (Vacuum Circuit Breakers) at substations, and tree trimming across the Mahal, Congress Nagar, and Civil Lines divisions.
Due to these critical maintenance activities, power supply will remain temporarily suspended in the following areas:
Mahal Division:
8:00 AM to 12:00 PM: Tulshibagh, Model Mill, Anandam area, D-Mart vicinity, Saraipeth, Siraspeth, Ashok Chowk, Gulababa Ashram area, Mangalpura, Kashibai Mandir, Bhosale Vihar, Rahatekar Wadi, Dasra Road, Gujarwada, Naik Road, and Anandam Society.
7:00 AM to 11:00 AM: SUSDE, EV Charging Stations, Manewada Ring Road area, Uday Nagar, Ambika Nagar, Adivasi Colony, Jambudeep Nagar, and Chandrabhaga Dairy area.
Congress Nagar Division:
