JadiButi Diwas Grandly Celebrated at Tatya Tope Nagar Garden
Patanjali Yog Classes Commemorate Acharya Bal Krishna Ji’s Birthday with a Green Message
A vibrant and meaningful celebration of JadiButi Diwas was held at Tatya Tope Nagar Garden, jointly organized by the Patanjali Yog Classes of Surendra Nagar and Laxmi Nagar, to mark the birth anniversary of Ayurvedacharya Acharya Bal Krishna Ji, the visionary co-founder of Patanjali Yogpeeth.

The event was conducted under the inspiring leadership of Tapas Kumar Dey and Satyanarayan Rathi, and witnessed an enthusiastic gathering of yoga practitioners, morning walkers, and nature lovers.
The highlight of the celebration was the esteemed presence of Swami RhitDev Ji from Patanjali Yogpeeth, Haridwar. He was warmly welcomed and introduced by Shalaka Mohite Ji, who set the tone for an enlightening and spiritually rich morning. In his address, Swami Ji spoke passionately about the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, the importance of adopting Swadeshi products, and the deep connection between Yoga and sustainable living. Alongside him, Hansraj Mishra also shared valuable insights on the significance and usage of various medicinal plants.

In a unique and collective initiative, every participant brought three medicinal plants for distribution, creating a ripple of environmental awareness and community sharing. A diverse range of Ayurvedic plants was distributed, including:
Adulsa, Punarnava, Vekhand, Bhumi Amla, Sarpagandha, Gokhru, Khanduchakka, Pipli, Vidara, Jal Neem, Brahmi, Shatavari, Tulsi, Insulin Plant, Ashwagandha, Giloy, Aloe Vera, and many more.
Each plant was accompanied by a brief explanation of its medicinal properties, ensuring that the community not only received a natural gift but also the knowledge to make the best use of it in daily life.
The grand success of the program was made possible through the tireless dedication and teamwork of the organizing members: Tapas Kumar Dey, Shalaka Mohite, Vaibhavi Mote, Vishakha Fender, Anuja Tiwari, and the devoted Yog Sadhaks of both centers.
The event concluded with a collective pledge to safeguard India’s herbal heritage and continue promoting the timeless values of Ayurveda and Yoga—for the health of individuals, communities, and the environment.
