Nagpur’s young swimming talent, Rishit Ketan Garg, has earned a berth in the CBSE Swimming Nationals scheduled to be held at the University Campus of MD University, Rohtak, Haryana.
Garg, representing CBSE South Zone 2, showcased an impressive performance at the Inter-Zonal School Swimming Competition in the Under-17 boys’ category, bagging a silver medal in the 50-metre backstroke and a bronze medal in the 100-metre backstroke. The event took place at Millennium World School, Karnataka.
A student of Centre Point School, Wardhaman Nagar, Garg hones his skills at Roshan Swimming Academy, where he continues to train under professional guidance.
