The Central India Institute of Medical Sciences (CIIMS) Antimicrobial Resistance Centre (ARC) will host the AMR 360° Conclave on 23rd–24th December 2025 at Nagpur.
Under the leadership of Dr. Rajpal Singh Kashyap, Director-Research, CIIMS, under the guidance of Director CIIMS Dr. Lokendra Singh, Chairman Shri Anil Tapadia, and other management members, along the ARC team—including Dr. Rima Biswas, Dr. Amit Nayak, Dr. Jayshree Shukla, and Dr. Payal Khulkhule—aims to forge actionable strategies against AMR’s present devastation—from hospital superbugs to agricultural overuse—and mitigate future catastrophe.
The One and half day conclave will focus on multiple critical dimensions of AMR. Discussions will include public health and policy challenges, such as regulatory reforms, antibiotic stewardship programs, and coordinated national strategies to slow AMR spread. Experts will examine clinical and community impacts, addressing the rise of hospital superbugs, treatment failures, and rising healthcare costs.
