Indian Railways has introduced RailOne, a comprehensive and passenger-friendly mobile application aimed at integrating multiple railway services onto a single digital platform and enhancing the overall travel experience.
RailOne is the official all-in-one mobile app of Indian Railways featuring Single Sign-On (SSO), eliminating the need for multiple railway apps and offering a space-saving, user-friendly solution. Through RailOne, passengers can book reserved, unreserved and platform tickets, search and track trains, check coach position and know PNR status in real time for smooth journey planning.
The app includes an integrated R-Wallet, a secure Aadhaar-linked digital wallet with biometric or mPIN authentication, ensuring fast and safe payments. It also supports UPI, digital wallets and credit/debit cards.
RailOne offers e-catering services for ordering meals during the journey and provides grievance redressal, assistance and refund facilities through the inbuilt Rail Madad system.
The RailOne app is available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Existing RailConnect or UTS users can log in with the same credentials. Passengers are encouraged to adopt RailOne for a faster, safer and more convenient digital railway experience.
