Rahinya Gulhane brought laurels to the city by securing one silver and two bronze medals at the 20th Trampoline & Tumbling Gymnastics State Championship 2025–26 held at BPCA College of Physical Education, Mumbai.
Competing in the Mini Age Group category, Rahinya won a silver medal in the Tumbling Finals. She also clinched a bronze medal in the Overall Individual Ranking and contributed to Nagpur’s third-place finish in the Team Championship, earning a bronze medal in the team event.
Rahinya trains under the guidance of Head Coach Manthan Bhalavi, Club Mentor Mayuresh Shirshikar, and coaches Sanket Vinchurkar and Varun Kale.
Congratulating her on the achievement, Dr. Prashant Kothe, Principal of Dhanwate National College, along with Dr. Devendra Wankhade, Dr. Subhash Dadhe, Dr. Vandana Ingle, Prof. Jayant Jichkar, Mayuresh Shirshikar, Praveen Jadhav and Lalit Kukde, praised her dedication and hard work. They also encouraged students to actively participate in the club’s regular evening practice sessions.
Her success highlights the strong training environment and commitment of Shivaji Gymnastics Club in nurturing young sporting talent in Nagpur.
