Advisory for Indians in the Middle East
Earlier, India issued separate advisories for its nationals in Iran, Qatar, the UAE, Israel and other countries, urging them to avoid unnecessary travel, stay vigilant, and closely monitor local news and official updates.
In a statement, the Embassy of India in Abu Dhabi advised Indian nationals in the UAE to exercise caution amid the evolving regional situation. “All Indian nationals in the United Arab Emirates are advised to avoid unnecessary travel, take due care, remain vigilant, and follow safety guidelines and advisories issued by the UAE authorities and the Embassy,” it said.
India has also called for de-escalation in West Asia, underscoring that the safety and well-being of its citizens in the region remains a top priority. “We cannot be impervious to any development that negatively affects them,” the MEA stated on Tuesday.
