The Department of Business Management of C.P. and Berar E.S. College, Nagpur, organized a one-day Research Workshop on “How to Conduct Literature Review for Research Papers and Ph.D.” The workshop was inaugurated by Dr. Ajay Kulkarni, Principal of the college, in the presence of Prof. S. D. Bhave, Head of the Department.
The resource person, Dr. Ashish Linge, delivered an insightful and interactive session on conducting effective literature reviews, identifying research gaps, using academic databases, and maintaining research ethics. Faculty members, research scholars, and postgraduate students actively participated in the program.
The valedictory ceremony was graced by Dr. Mrs. Medha Kanitkar Dean, Faulty of Commerce RTMNU Nagpur University. Dr. Pravin Bagade was also present on the occasion and appreciated the initiative. The administrative support of Mr. Sachin Khire and Mr. Prashant was acknowledged for the smooth conduct of the event.
The formal vote of thanks was proposed by Aarati A. Joshi, expressing gratitude to all dignitaries, the resource person, organizing committee, and participants for making the workshop successful.
