Vidarbha Industries Association (VIA), along with the VIA Taxation and Corporate Law Forum and the Vidarbha Tax Practitioners Association (VTPA), will organise a full-day seminar on the Income Tax Act 2025 on Saturday.
The seminar will be held from 10 am to 6 pm at the VIA Hall, Udyog Bhavan, Civil Lines in Nagpur.
The programme aims to provide comprehensive insights into the provisions of the new Income Tax Act, which will come into effect from April 1, 2026.
Eminent experts, including C A R Bupathy (Chennai), C A Virmani Puri (Mumbai) and C A Shardul Shah (Mumbai) will share their perspectives on the key changes in the law and their likely impact on industry and professionals.
The seminar will benefit business owners, entrepreneurs, CFOs, finance heads, accountants and professionals such as chartered accountants, advocates and tax consultants. It is expected to provide clarity on the upcoming tax framework and compliance requirements.
Organisers said the event will also serve as a platform for knowledge sharing and professional interaction on tax reforms.
