Nagpur recorded a maximum temperature of 41.4°C, as heat conditions intensified across the Vidarbha region.
The highest temperature was reported in Akola at 43.8°C, followed by Wardha at 43.1°C, while Amravati and Yavatmal both recorded 43.2°C. Several other districts also witnessed high temperatures, with Washim touching 42.6°C and Gadchiroli recording 42.0°C.
Meanwhile, Buldana reported 41.5°C, Chandrapur matched Nagpur at 41.4°C, and Brahmapuri recorded 41.2°C. Relatively lower temperatures were seen in Bhandara at 41.0°C and Gondia at 40.5°C, though conditions remained hot across the region.
The overall trend indicates a steady rise in temperatures across Vidarbha, with most districts experiencing intense heat.
