Indian youths aspiring to build careers abroad can now access skilled employment and vocational training opportunities in Germany through Magic Billion, an international talent mobility organisation recognised by the government.
The initiative offers placements across sectors such as nursing, food processing, logistics, plumbing, mechatronics, electronics and HVAC. Successful candidates will enrol in Germany’s three-year paid vocational training programme, Ausbildung, which can lead to permanent employment after completion.
Candidates aged between 18 and 28 years are eligible to apply, provided they meet the required educational criteria and possess B1-level German language certification from the Goethe Institute.
During the training period, participants will receive a monthly stipend of 1,048 to 1,150 euros (Rs 1,15,440 to Rs 1,26,676). After successfully completing the programme, they can secure jobs with starting salaries ranging from 2,200 to 2,500 euros per month (Rs 2,42,337 to Rs 2,75,383).
The programme also includes free air travel and subsidised accommodation.
