Online applications invited
Applications have been invited for the National Awards for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities for the year 2026. The deadline for accepting online applications has been extended to 31 July on the National Awards Portal. All applications received by 31 July 2026 will be considered for the National Awards only.
Application www.awards.gov.in Applications must be submitted online through this National Awards Portal. Applications submitted in person or through any other means will not be accepted. All relevant details as mentioned in the prescribed format available on the portal must be included in the application . In which notable and inspiring achievements should be clearly highlighted in informative (descriptive) form. Supporting documents related to the achievements should also be uploaded on the portal.
These awards are for the sub-categories of Best Divyangjan and Best Divyangjan. UDID for Best Creative Divyangjan ( UDID) Card/Disability Certificate Uploading is mandatory.
