G H Raisoni Academy of Engineering and Technology, Nagpur organises a felicitation programme

G H Raisoni Academy of Engineering and Technology, Nagpur had recently organized a felicitation programme for final year placed students. As many reputed companies conducted placement drive at GHRAET for hunting talented minds and 125 plus students got placed in companies such as Persistent, L & T infotech, Elleation, Byju’s, Anglo Eastern etc. Academic session 2018-19 proved to be a remarkable year for the students of G H Raisoni Academy of Engineering and Technology, Nagpur.

The program was honored with the presence of Dr. Vivek Kapur, Principal GHRAET, Dr. Sanjay Haridas, Vice Principal; Priya Bavaria, Training and Placement Officer; Gagandeep Singh Bhuye, T&P Coordinator; Dr. Achal Sahare, HOD Mechanical; Dr. Tushar Shende, HOD Civil;  Vikrant Chole, HOD CSE;. Pragati Kene, HOD E&C and Akhilesh Uage, FYC.

Dr. Vivek Kapur with his zealous words congratulated the budding engineers. He felt proud in declaring the number of campus placed students.

‘Students wish to enjoy their college life but at the end they need a job which not only raises their reputation in society but fills them with contentment. We understand this requirement of the students and so have started many innovative activities which are necessary in molding them into a market ready product”, said Dr. Vivek Kapur in his speech.

He further informed that we are providing high standard professional education, various technical skills training under BSS, Soft Skills and Managerial Skills necessary for improving employability better. He announced that some more companies are to conduct drive in the coming days to provide opportunity to the remaining students.

Vice Principal and HODs appreciated the knowledge and the confidence of the students with which they faced the placement drive. The placed students are from Mechanical, Civil, CSE and E&C Dept. Students were very excited to receive appreciation letter. They thanked the management, Principal and college faculty for constant efforts taken on them.

Rahul Ojha, Mechanical Engineering student with the highest ever package of 10 LPA showered praises for the life changing activities organized by the college. He said that the environment at GHRAET is very conducive to pursuit engineering knowledge and felt grateful and proud for being the part of GHRAET which caters the nurturing environment.
