Ritika Thaker of Nagpur made it to the main draw in the women’s singles at All India senior ranking tournament in progress at KBA courts at Bengaluru.
Seeded second in the qualifications Ritika had not difficulty in defeating Ritika Dabas 15-4 & 15-4 in the first round, in the final qualification round held in the evening session Ritika defeated Gayathri Devi R , the score reading 15-4 & 15-7.
Ritika with her partner Simran Singhi is seeded 5th in the women;s doubles, she now starts her main draw campaign from Thursday.
