Sant Sai Academy U-14 cricket champions

In an interesting match Sant Sai Cricket Academy pilled Saraswati Cricket Academy Koradi by one wicket to win Karnewar Memorial Inter-Club Under-14 Cricket Tournament jointly organised by Vidarbha Gymkhana and Nahatkar Sports Academy at Dinanath High School ground.

Batting first Saraswati scored 122 for 5 in 20 overs. Jabez Chals top scored with 31. Aryan Dhore (24) and Vedannt Wade (21) were other scorers. For Sant Sai, Chinmay Hirde claimed two wickets whereas Adhiraj Jaiswal and Sahil Deotale were chipped in with one each.

In reply, Sannt Sai achieved the target sparing just one wicket in 19.3 overs. Thanks to Yash Shinde who played a brilliant knock of 41 runs higging five boundaries. He was well supported by Ayush Pikalmunde (19) and Wansnh Agrawal (16). For Saraswati, Abhishek Aire (3 for 28) and Aryan Dhore (3 for 18) tried their best but in vain.  On May 22, VS Telang Trophy matches will start.
