Nagpur blanked Pune 3-0 to win the team championship title in Yonex Sunrise Maharashtra State Inter-District Junior Badminton Championship organised by Nagpur District Badminton Association (NDBA) at Subhedar Hall, here on Wednesday.
In the first single, experienced Rohan Gurbani gave the winning start to Nagpur defeating Harshal Jadhav 21-15, 21-7 in 28 minutes. Then international junior shuttler Malvika Bansod got the better of Tara Shah 21-7m 21-18 in 35 minutes. In the doubles, Rohan Gurbani/Nabeel Ahmed duo quelled the spirited challenge of  Dhruv Thakore/Arya Thakore 21-18,18-21,21-16 in 50 minutes.
