Pro Health Foundation emerged overall champions in the District Junior Athletics Championship that concluded on Thursday. The meet was organized by Nagpur District Athletics Association (NDAA) at the RTM Nagpur University ground.
Pro Health Foundation athletes secured 339 points to emerge overall champ. They were followed by Track Star Athletics Club who ahcieved second spot with 216 points while RS Mundle English School finished third with 122 points.
Track Star Athletics Club athletes excelled in the 10000m race of Under-20 boys’ category. Rohit Jha secured the first place with a timing of 36:43.96 seconds. Jayprakash Kolhe, also of Track Star Athletics Club, clocked a timing of 41:06.22 seconds finish second. Greencity Athletics Academy’s Gaurav Bishane (42:05.59 seconds) achieved third sport.

Best Jumper: Kashish Bhagat (Mahatma Gandhi Centennial Sindhu High School); ; Best Thrower: Mohit Gupta (Kalpvriksha Krida Sanshta, Kamptee); Best Athlete (Boys): Subham Roy (Track Star Athletics Club); Best Athlete (Girls) Rutuja Shende (Track Star Athletics Club)., Best Endurance: Aakansha Sodiya (Nav Maharashtra Krida Mandal); Best Sprinter: Sanvi Pathak (Future Athletics Club)
