JDCOEM affiliated with an autonomous status

University Grant Commission (UGC) has granted JD College of Engineering and Management (JD COEM) a distinction of being the first autonomous college under Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University (DBATU). Expert committee of UGC visited the college to grant the autonomous status to the college in the month of July 2019 and has granted autonomous status to JDCOEM for the session 2019-2020.

After qualifying all the eligibility conditions required for autonomy status JDCOEM is now amongst only few engineering colleges in the region with an autonomous status. UGC committees were satisfied with activities which are carried out by college on new ways of learning and education.

JDCOEM was accredited with ‘A’ Grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) for scoring a CGPA of 3.16.

Sanjay Agarwal, Chairman, Ajay Agarwal Secretary and Jayesh Goyal Trustee, of Jaidev Education Society, Dr P B Maheshwari, Prof S M Bang, Prof N H Patil, Avinash Dashatwar, directors, Principal Dr S R Chaudhari and Vice-Principal Dr S V Sonekar and his team for their efforts towards autonomy process.
