Indian Dental Association, Nagpur Branch in association with Lions Club of Nagpur Central, Nagpur organised Mega Dental check-up camp on recently at Shri Ramesh Chandak School, Mahal, Nagpur.
Dr. Krishnakumar Lahoti, President, Indian Dental Association, Nagpur Branch & Dr. Shilpa Lahoti, Dental Practitioner, Nagpur had examined more than 500 students & suggested them suitable treatment plan.
During Dental Awareness workshop organised for Teachers, Dr. Shilpa Lahoti had enlightened on various dental problems which includes, How to take care of teeth?; How to prevent root canal treatment?; How to prevent bleeding gums?; How to prevent pyorhhea?; How to take care of kid’s teeth ?; How to minimise cavity in tooth ?; How to take special care during pregnancy?; What are the bad effects of tobacco?; Proper brushing; Technique.
She emphasized upon early diagnosis of all dental diseases & highlighted the importance of regular visits to the Dentist even from childhood.
Dr. Shilpa Lahoti explained the various Myths & Facts about Dentistry. She had also cleared the doubt’s during discussion session with teachers.
