The Achievers School Zero Hunger Drive on World Food Day

The Achievers Brigade supporting “World Food Day” on 16th October 2019, and promoting the flagship of UN #zerohunger world campaign in Nagpur. Students of The Achievers School would like to educate the people about the importance of conservation of food so that every empty stomach in the world can be feed.

They have set up various food collection centres (Purti Super Sazar – Besa Road , Near railway crossing – Manish Nagar, Care Pharmacy – Manish Nagar, The Achievers Pre- School Manish Nagar, The Achievers High School, Wardha road) and collecting dry food grains like wheat, rice , dal, along with cooking oil, onion and potatoes.

The Achievers school students have been actively involved in a range of social service activities which helps them enhance their understanding of social issues and consider their role in finding solutions to community concerns. On world food Day they have decided to send the food collection of the collection to needy people.The Achievers School students appeal kind-hearted Nagpurians to donate food and help to achieve #zerohunger world.
