Vishvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT) is all set to host one of the mega-events of the institute ‘AAROHI’ an annual 3-day cultural fest from today. The event is said to be one of the biggest cultural events of Central India wherein the students get an opportunity to participate in various competitions and showcase their talent.
AAROHI 2019 has already created a buzz among the students with the theme ‘A Cinematic Gatsby’ which will depict the events related to the cinematographic world and its golden era in a unique and creative manner, says core co-ordinator of AAROHI Shelvin Aleena.
Some exciting event has been organised for the students to have experience in the world of cinema. EDM night with DJ Tanishq, Johnnie Earnest and VJ Infinity have been organised for Friday evening. Along with these a stand-up comedy show by Comicstaan 2 winner Aakash Gupta is also one of the awaited events of AAROHI 2019.
Students are also looking forward to some exciting events like Zorbing, Bullriding, Box-cricket, Escape room, and silent DJ. Apart from this KTM stunt show and performances of Devika Singh a Television actress, Piyusha Gurbhele and Bekhayali fame duo Sachet Parampara will also slate their performance in the mega event of VNIT.
Various lip-smacking food stalls have also been installed at the event venue for the foodie-staan will be one of the major attractions as it will be serving all the mouth-watering delicacies from best cafés and restro’s of the city.
