Oration on ‘Protest Against National Educational Policy’ on November 3

Vandana Sangh Deekshaboomi and Lord Buddha TV Maitri Sangh have jointly organised a symposium on “Protest Against National Educational Policy – 2019” on November 3 at Samvidhan Chowk, Civil Lines, at 3pm.

Prof Devidas Ghodswar will preside over the programme in which Dr Suchit Bagde, Dr Harish Sukhdeve, Prof Avani Patil, Milind Fulzele, Dr Saroj Aaglawe, Ashokbhau Saraswati and Kuldip Ramteke will participate.

The organisers said that the policy was against SC/ST, OBC and minority class. They said that commercialisation of education had begun in 1991-92 in the name of privatisation and liberalisation. The persons believing in the thoughts of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule, Shahu Maharaj and Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar had protested against it but the government took no serious note. The result was backward classes suffered heavy loss in the field of education.

The participants will discuss and protest against ‘Shakshanache Hindukaran va Bajarikaran’. The symposium is being organised in cooperation with Santhagar Foundation, social, religious, educational and women organisations.

Vasudeo Thul, Revandas Lokhande, Sachin Moon, Vitthralrao Dangre and Dattaji Gajbhiye have appealed the people to attend the event in large numbers
