It is first time NSIC is also supporting the exhibition, participating MSE’s who are eligible for assistance will be provided Maximum Rs 30000 reimbursement towards participation fees, this is great booster for participating MSME manufacturers, Said Mr Prakash Pawar Joint Secretary Solapur Garments Manufacturers Association.

Maharashtra is gaining significance for Garment trade; hence to help its promotion and expansion such international level Uniform & Garment Exhibition is being held. The uniform manufacturing industry in Southern India is not organized & generally is supplied to local schools in forms of direct fabric which local retailers and institutions get stitched by local tailors leading to much inconvenience. Due to demand of vendors and dealers to make it more convenient and organized, the fair has been organized in Mumbai which also is very well connected by air to rest of India. Maharashtra is witnessing higher demand for school uniforms, kids garments, gents and ladies dresses and hence this industry is witnessing good progress in the region.

  • 24 Countries from the world over and India’s leading Corporate Houses, manufacturers, dealers, wholesalers and retailers to participate in the Fair.
  • For the first time, Solapur Garment Manufacturers Association, the Organizers of the Fair, conducted Road Shows in various countries.
