Ek Duje ke Vaaste 2 back on Sony Entertainment Television

Several times we have heard about actors bonding on the sets of their show. This bonding generally happens between similar age group but the newest example of these on-set bonding pairs has a different story. On the sets of Ek Duje ke Vaaste 2, two actors from different generations seem to develop a very close and friendly bond. Mohit Kumar aka Shravan and veteran actor Akshay Anand can be seen closely bonding during their shoot. Mohit considers Akshay as a father figure and believes that he is not only his friend but his philosopher and guide too.

Ek Duje ke Vaste 2 is a love Saga of two star crossed lovers Suman and Shravan. Produced by StudioNEXT, the show is being completely shot in Bhopal. Actors have been staying away from their families and seem to develop a close bond with their co-artists. “For us, our onscreen family is our real life family. We stay together, eat together and work together,” said actor Ahmed Khan who essays the role of Col. Mohan Tiwari in the show.

Speaking about his bond with Akshay Anand, Mohit Kumar aka Shravan said, “Akshay Sir is a great support system for me in Bhopal. For the shoot of Ek Duje ke Vaaste 2, we had been staying in Bhopal for quite sometime now and staying away from families is really tough. But Akshay Sir is the one who did not let me feel alone even once. I love shooting with him as even during scenes, he guides me and helps me bring out the best on-screen. He is my inspiration and a father figure for me in a completely unknown city.”
