CISCE announces class 10, 12 results, no merit list this year

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi declared the results of ICSE class 10, ISC class 12 exams today at https://www.cisce.org/. The CISCE exams got postponed due to the Covid-19 outbreak.
The pending exams were decided to conduct in July but had to be canceled after the rise in the number of COVID-19 cases in the country.


The students can also check the result via SMS. For receiving the ICSE, ISC exam results, the students need to send their seven-digit roll code to 09248082883.
The marks and pass certificate of the board exams will be available after 48 hours of the publication of results through the digi locker.
Students are allowed to apply for rechecking or re-evaluation, however, a fee of Rs 1,000 per exam will be applicable. The online window will remain open from July 10 to 16, 2020.
A total of 2.06 lakh (2,06,525) candidates became successful in the ICSE and 85,611 in ISC. The number of unsuccessful candidates in ICSE is 1,377, while candidates could not clear the ISC exam.
For ICSE, as many as 54.19 % of students who appeared for the exam were boys while 45.81 % were girls. For ISC, 53.65 % of students who appeared for the exams were boys and 46.35 % girls.
Students will get an opportunity to reappear in the subjects that couldn’t be held. However, the dates for the same have not been announced yet.
The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, CISCE will not release the merit list this year.
