South Central Zone Cultural Centre (SCZCC) organised a webinar on ‘Kathak Nritya Me Nayika Bhed Ka Mahatwa’ on October 18 at 4.30 pm.
The webinar was a part of an online teaching and training class of SCZCC and Dr. Pallavi Kishan from Ujjain (MP) delivered a lecture on this subject and informed various aspects of the topic.
Dr Pallavi Kishan started her training in Kathak at the age 4 from renowned Guru of Jaipur Gharana, Shri Gokulprasad. She also learnt Bharatanatyam from Premchand Hombel and Jaya Chandrashekhar. Dr Krishna also completed her theatre training from late Dhirendra Parmar and some special traits in Kathak from Rajkumud Tholiya, Madhukar Anand and Pandit Rammohan Mishra.
Participants interacted with her and were happy to receive knowledge and guidance on the topic from the expert.
